Release of GTLTool 1.2

I released GTLTool v1.2 to NoGripRacing today.

Well that only took about a month and a half to complete

Version 1.2 Improvements / Additions

1. GTLTool Now recognises
- 324 tracks.
- 123 cars.
- 165 benchmark times.
2. Added Statistics Form.
3. Added Tracks Information Form.
4. Added Cars Information Form.
5. All Listboxes now sort.
6. Double-Click a Laptime in the main window and it will bring up the Cars Information Form with the clicked car highlighted and the current track highlighted.
7. Tracks Information Form opens with the current track selected.
8. In the main window, a default track is denoted by the GTL logo.
9. internal changes - Rewrote many routines (more still need re-writing)
10. Interface changes - moved *about* menu item to a button on the main window.
11. Upon first start-up and/or GTLTool not having a GTL directory, GTLTool will display the *about* info in the main window.
12. stack of other stuff.

Known issues
---------------
Cars Info Form and Statistics Info Form can take a while to open if you have a
very large 'career.blt' file. (mine is ~5,500 lines)
