Release of GTLTool v1.1

I released GTLTool v1.1 to NoGripRacing today.

Well that only took about 2 weeks to complete

Version 1.1 Improvements / Additions

1. Expanded track recognition, now stands at 254 tracks.
2. Added GTLrank benchmark times - 151 ( almost all of them ).
3. Now recognises 74 car types.
4. Added car classes and benchmark difference to the laptimes listbox.
5. Added country pics.
6. GTLTool now writes a text file to its startup folder called missing_bits.txt.
This file holds all the cars and tracks a user may have driven that GTLTool is currently unaware of.
7. Tidied up the interface.
